- Fit great for my 9mo old. We have put it through the was a couple of times and dried it. There aren't any loose fibers or anything on the suit. It did have some black fuzz on it, but it's a fuzzy outfit. It was great for our Halloween activities. (Posted on 9/26/2018)

- This costume is great quality for the price! My 4 month old is wearing 6-9 month clothing so I figured I would buy the 6-12 month and it was a little too big! As I figured but I wanted to be safe then sorry. As soon as I received the product I tried it out and ordered the smaller size and that one fits AMAZING! Fabric is also really soft. - This costume was better than expected. My child was 3 months old at the time (85th percentile) and this fit perfectly. She is pretty fussy when it comes to putting on clothes but she loved wearing this. I think it has something to do with how soft the inside is. The Return and Cancellation Policies below were written to accommodate customer’s needs and also to address the specific nature of our merchandise.
After deciding upon your options, contact our Customer Service assistance within the time period of 7 working days specified to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After receiving an RMA, you may proceed to return your item(s) for replacement or repair. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Order fully made with COUPON may not be exchanged or returned.

To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you email our Customer Service Department:
- Your order number
- Product name and Mailanda.com catalogue number of the item you wish to return
- Reason for requesting a RMA

In the interest of hygiene, swim wears, lingerie, and socks are not refundable or exchangeable.
We do not accept returns or exchange on sale items. All sale items are final.
Terms & Conditions
Please note that because of the high cost associated with international shipping of our products, we can no longer accept returns of unwanted products that do not have damages or defects.
General for all products
1) All returns must be sent back to Mailanda.com with prior authorization, i.e. a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
2) Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
3) Mailanda.com is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via a shipping method that gives a tracking number to ensure that it reaches us.
4) Mailanda.com reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice.
Defective Item Exchange
1) Mailanda.com will be responsible for return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid. Return shipping costs will be refunded in Mailanda.com Store Credit within seven (7) days of receipt of your return. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided when using other shipping methods, including Courier Services or Express Mail.
2) In cases of defective return, Mailanda.com will provide a replacement item instead of a refund.
3) In cases where we believe that the defect on a returned item is caused deliberately, we may refuse to provide a refund for that item. Please note that we inspect our items before shipping out, and our items will not have large rips or stains.
1) Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to carefully read the size information of the products on our website, and decide whether an item will fit. In cases where detailed sizes of an item are given on our website, size exchange is not permitted, unless given express permission from our customer service department. The customer may sell the item to a third party.
2) Items returned for size exchange must be unused condition. Mailanda.com reserves the right to reject return and exchange of any items with wear, damage or removed tags.
3) Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of size exchange. Mailanda.com will be responsible for shipping fee of replacement. Mailanda.com will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.
4) In cases where the specified size in a size exchange is not available, we will issue the customer store credit equivalent to the amount of the item being exchanged.
Unwanted or Unopened Item Refund
1) Because of the high cost associated with international shipping of our products, we can no longer accept returns of unwanted products. We apologize for this inconvenience.
How do I know if I order successfully?
An order confirmation email will be sent to you if you place an order successfully at our website. If you do not receive it, please email us for assistance.
What currency are the items priced in?
All the items are priced in US Dollars. You can change the currency at the top of the website if needed.
Do you have physical stores that we can visit and try on the Mailanda?
We are so sorry that we only offers products online without physical stores right now.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept payments via Paypal and West Union. For more details about West Union, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org .
Can I change the delivery address after the order is placed?
You may change your shipping address by e-mailing email@example.com with the order number and correct shipping address before the item is shipped out.
If the item has been shipped, we are so sorry that we cannot change the delivery address for you.
An order has been placed. Can I cancel it?
The order can be canceled before shipped out, please refer to our cancellation policy.
When will I receive my order?
It will take several days for the factory to process you order. We will make every effort to ship to you as soon as possible. Actual delivery time may vary due to items, shipping methods, and other factors beyond our control.
What if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?
